The design must consider the principles of serving meals that are plentiful, fast, good, and convenient, in order to meet the dining needs of faculty and staff within the specified time. The project manager conducts on-site observations and measurements to ensure that all equipment is foolproof. The design team modifies the plan based on requirements to meet the needs of the chefs, perfecting the operational flow, and ultimately ensuring that all equipment is successfully put into use.
