Oil fume purification integrated machine
Purification Principle:
1. Condensation Collision Principle, utilizing the fact that gaseous pollutants have different saturation vapor pressures at different temperatures and pressures. Under reduced temperature or increased pressure, certain pollutants condense out to achieve the purpose of purification and recovery.
2. Medium Efficiency Filtration Principle, V-shaped polymer composite materials have excellent blocking effects on oil smoke particles, mainly intercepting fine oil smoke particles filtered from the airflow after primary purification.
3. Electrostatic Principle, by using a voltage boosting device to raise the low voltage AC current to the required high voltage, and after rectification, obtaining the required high voltage DC power, which is applied to the electric field of the purification device to achieve the principle of high voltage decomposition of oil smoke particles and low voltage adsorption for treatment.
4. Photolysis and Deodorization Principle, UV-C ultraviolet C band beams react with oxygen in the air to generate ozone during operation. Ozone oxidizes organic flavor-enhancing molecules, resulting in water, carbon dioxide, and palmitic acid powder, thereby reducing odors.
