From the beginning of the design, our company fully considered the actual needs of each part of the restaurant, conducted specific analyses of the area and functions of each kitchen space, and made detailed considerations regarding lighting, ventilation, and illumination; in terms of style, it combines local characteristics, conveying the exquisite and comfortable tone of Shangri-La, while focusing on the details of functionality to provide exquisite meals efficiently and conveniently for domestic and international guests staying at Shangri-La.
Dalian New World Hotel is located in the city center of Dalian, close to Zhongshan Square and Dalian Port, making it the top choice for business or leisure travelers. After fully understanding the brand concept and needs, our company engaged in active communication with relevant personnel to comprehensively enhance the restaurant space and interpret the brand. We will integrate openness, sharing, taste, and elegance into the kitchen environment, rationally planning the internal space, which not only allows chefs and relevant departments to closely cooperate in creating exquisite and delicious food but also provides better service to guests and increases customer return rates.
Dalian Sports Center Crowne Plaza Hotel, adjacent to the Dalian Sports Center, which hosts various mid-to-high-end sports events and large-scale cultural and entertainment activities. Our design team conducted in-depth research after receiving the project drawings, using scientific layout and meticulous planning to ensure that every corner of the kitchen and the placement of each piece of equipment allows chefs to smoothly complete their tasks. This space is designed to convey the culture and stories behind the food, creating an energetic atmosphere that makes every guest dining here reluctant to leave.
The 2.5 series is the latest standard for crystal, with a design concept that is not only a space for relaxation but also a comfortable home for modern urban dwellers. It is faithful to the instincts of "sensation" and "awareness." At the beginning of the project, we hoped that the meals prepared with the kitchen equipment would be filled with the warmth of human life, allowing every guest who stays to find their own favorite. The design of the open kitchen should not only consider the chef's workflow but also allow the guests to intuitively feel the warmth of the chef preparing breakfast.
First Nihao 2.0 Hotel is designed with the concept of "the contemporary embodiment of Chinese traditional elements, applying many iconic Chinese elements in spatial design." Through the clever combination of tradition and modernity in kitchen equipment and overall space design, it creates a hotel kitchen that has both Chinese characteristics and meets modern aesthetics. The project manager team communicates relevant needs with the client, creates new standard design drawings and renderings, and prepares a kitchen equipment requirements list, resulting in the brand new Hello 2.0 series kitchen.
